Acquire and stream video data over long distances using StreamPix and the iPORT™ solution.

The Pleora iPORT™ Vision Connectivity Solution allows digital and analog cameras to exchange data with PCs over long-distance, low-cost, industry-standard Gigabit Ethernet links.

iPORT™ solutions have three elements. At the camera, iPORT IP Engines send imaging data at high speeds - more than 100MB/s - over 100 meters of inexpensive Category 5 copper cable. With GigE switches, the camera to PC reach is much further. At the PC, an iPORT™ High-Performance or iPORT™ Universal IP Filter Driver transfers the data into memory with extremely high efficiency.

Also at the PC, the iPORT™ SDK gives users building blocks to enable third-party or custom video applications.

The new StreamPix / iPORT™ interface allows StreamPix users to leverage long-reach GigE connectivity directly from the StreamPix software environment.

iPORT™ supports Camera Link, Analog, and Digital LVDS or RS422 cameras.
